Appointment and Medical Information: The patient's name, identity document information (e.g., passport), date of birth, contact information, medical condition or health description, preferred hospital and department, and other information you provide when submitting an appointment or medical request.
Communication Service Information: Audio and video call data, text messages, and necessary translation processing data generated when you use features such as remote consultation, health consultation, and online customer service.
Device and Log Information: Device model, operating system version, language settings, network information, IP address, app version, access time, operation logs, and device identifiers.
Location Information: Collected only when you voluntarily authorize and for purposes such as recommending hospitals.
II. How We Use Information
To complete account registration, identity verification, security risk control, and anomaly detection;
To send you information related to your rights and interests, such as order status, appointment reminders, and service notifications;
To analyze and improve service quality after de-identification or desensitization processing;
To fulfill obligations under applicable laws and regulations.
III. Sharing and Entrusted Processing of Information
We will not sell your personal information. We may share or entrust the processing of your personal information within the necessary scope only in the following circumstances:
Partner Medical Institutions: To complete your appointment, we transmit necessary appointment and identity information to partner hospitals;
Legal Disclosure: We disclose information when required by laws and regulations, judicial or administrative proceedings, or when necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and others.
Cloud and Technology Service Providers: We entrust Tencent Cloud to provide SMS verification codes, video calls, push notifications, and machine translation services. The aforementioned service providers access your information only within the necessary scope and are bound by confidentiality obligations;
IV. Cross-Border Processing of Personal Information
This Platform provides services to international medical travel users. Your personal information is stored and processed only within the territory of China. We take necessary security protection measures to safeguard your information security.
V. Storage and Protection of Information
We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the processing purpose, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations;
We adopt measures such as encrypted storage, access control, identity authentication, log auditing, and vulnerability management to protect your personal information;
We conduct security construction and testing in accordance with the requirements of cybersecurity classified protection to ensure information system security.
VI. Your Rights
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you enjoy the following rights:
Access and Correction: You may access, query, and correct your personal information;
Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information (unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations);
Account Deletion: You may independently apply for account deletion in "Account Settings" within the Platform. Upon deletion, we will delete your account information, appointment and medical information, communication service information, and device and log information.
You may exercise the above rights through the channels set forth in Article IX of this Policy. We will respond within 15 business days.
VII. Protection of Minors
This Platform is primarily intended for adult users with full civil capacity. If you are a minor, please do not register or use this Platform. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information of a minor, we will delete it as soon as possible in accordance with the law.

To ensure the normal operation of the Platform and a good user experience, we may use Cookies or similar technologies (such as login status and language preferences). You can manage or clear Cookies through your browser settings.
